Dog Training For In Public - 102 and/or Life Lessons

 

 

Increase awareness and understanding of communicating with dogs to enhance and support exercises and training outside of the home.  Emphasis is reinforcing manners with additional distractions, proofing the exercises and increased time expectations to expands on the Pet Manners basic pet manners and life lessons.

 

In PUBLIC - Sit, Down, Walk On Leash without pulling, Come on Leash, Sit and Stand For Exam, Stay for a minute or more.

Prerequisite:  None or Other Beginner Class Training

 

 

Equipment Required:  

• Buckle and/or Nylon Slip Collar with 6' Leash

• Or a 6' Slip Leash

• 15-20' Long Leash

• Small Preferably Soft Treats

• Dog that is ready to train without being fed recently and has been offered time to relieve themselves
